Made by JISPLInsulating bricks manufacturer and supplier
Lightweight insulating firebricks that cut heat loss, shell temperature and fuel use, made in our own units.
About insulating bricks
Insulating bricks are porous, lightweight refractory bricks with low thermal conductivity. Used as the hot face in suitable conditions or as a back-up layer behind dense brick or castable, they keep heat inside the furnace, lower shell temperature and reduce fuel consumption. Because they store less heat, equipment also heats up faster.
Types and grades we supply
- Hot-face insulating bricks
- Back-up insulating bricks

Technical data sheet and specifications
Chemical analysis, density, strength, service temperature, sizes and packing for each grade are shared on request, matched to your application. Test certificates come with every supply.
Industries we supply
How to choose
- Temperature at the face of the insulating layer
- Whether it will see flame, slag or abrasion
- Shell temperature you want to achieve
- Load the brick has to carry
Common questions
Can insulating bricks be used on the hot face?
Yes, in suitable grades and where there is no slag or heavy abrasion. Otherwise they go behind a dense hot-face layer.
How do insulating bricks save fuel?
Their low conductivity cuts heat lost through the walls, and their low heat storage means less fuel is spent heating the lining itself.
Do you share technical data sheets?
Yes. Detailed data sheets with grades and properties are shared on request. Use the WhatsApp or email buttons on this page.
Do you provide test certificates?
Yes, a material test certificate comes with every consignment.
Do you supply outside Rajasthan and export?
Yes. We supply across India from Bhilwara and our offices in Jaipur, Wankaner and Ahmedabad, and we also export.
Need material, a lining job, or both?
