Refractory solutions for steel plants, foundries and metal processing
From reheating furnaces to ladles and foundry cupolas, steel and metal plants depend on linings that survive heat, slag and mechanical abuse. We supply bricks, castables and ramming masses, and carry out relining and hot repairs with our own crews.
Challenges we solve
Slag and molten metal penetration
Mechanical impact and abrasion
Thermal shock during charging and tapping
High fuel cost in reheating and heat treatment furnaces
Equipment we supply for and line

Common questions
Which ramming mass suits our induction furnace?
It depends on the metal, slag and temperature. Share your furnace details and we will recommend a silica, alumina or magnesia-based mass.
Can a fibre lining reduce fuel use in reheating furnaces?
In suitable furnaces, a ceramic fibre lining stores and loses less heat, which lowers fuel use. A site survey confirms whether it fits your furnace.
Can we buy material only?
Yes. Any product can be supplied alone, with our installation, or under an annual rate contract.
Need material, a lining job, or both?
Send the grade and quantity for rates, or a drawing, BOQ or photo for a job quotation. We reply with a quick quotation.
