About low cement castables
Low cement castables use much less cement than conventional castables, with fine particles filling the gaps instead. The result is a denser lining with higher strength and better resistance to abrasion, slag and erosion, especially at high temperature. They need careful mixing, the correct water quantity and a controlled dry-out.

Common questions
Why are low cement castables more sensitive to dry-out?
Their dense structure lets steam escape more slowly, so heating too fast can cause spalling. A controlled heat-up schedule is essential.
Can you install them for us?
Yes. Our own crews mix, place and dry out castable linings.

Yes, a material test certificate comes with every consignment.
Do you supply outside Rajasthan and export?
Yes. We supply across India from Bhilwara and our offices in Jaipur, Wankaner and Ahmedabad, and we also export.
