About lrb mattresses and rockwool
LRB (lightly resin bonded) mattresses are rockwool insulation stitched with wire netting, which makes them easy to wrap around large pipes, ducts and vessels. Rockwool slabs and pipe sections cover flat surfaces and smaller lines. Together they are among the most widely used insulation materials in thermal and process plants.
