How can we extend lining life in a rotary furnace?
Matching the brick or castable grade to the slag, controlling dry-out and inspecting wear at every stop all help. A site survey shows where the lining fails first.
Do you supply on rate contract for frequent relining?
Yes. An annual rate contract fixes prices and gives you priority material and crew.
Can we buy material only?
Yes. Any product can be supplied alone, with our installation, or under an annual rate contract.
