Refractory ramming mass for dense, joint-free linings compacted in place.
About ramming mass
Ramming mass is a dry or semi-dry refractory compacted in place with pneumatic or hand rammers. It forms a dense, joint-free lining and is widely used in induction furnaces, around tap holes and spouts, and wherever a tough monolithic lining is needed.

Common questions
Which ramming mass is right for an induction furnace?
It depends on the metal, slag chemistry and temperature. Silica, alumina and magnesia-based masses each suit different conditions, so share your furnace details for a recommendation.
How is ramming mass installed?
It is placed in layers and compacted with rammers or vibrators, then sintered during the first heat.
Do you share technical data sheets?
Yes. Detailed data sheets with grades and properties are shared on request. Use the WhatsApp or email buttons on this page.
Do you provide test certificates?
Yes, a material test certificate comes with every consignment.
