Refractory mortars supplier
Fireclay and high alumina mortars that bond refractory bricks with thin, strong joints.
About refractory mortars
Joints are often the weakest point of a brick lining. A mortar matched to the brick grade and service conditions keeps joints thin, tight and stable at temperature. We supply mortars to match the bricks we deliver, in air-setting and heat-setting types.
Types and grades we supply
- Fireclay mortar
- High alumina mortar
- Air-setting mortars
- Heat-setting mortars
- Mortar for insulating bricks

Technical data sheet and specifications
Chemical analysis, density, strength, service temperature, sizes and packing for each grade are shared on request, matched to your application. Test certificates come with every supply.
Industries we supply
How to choose
- Match the mortar grade to the brick grade
- Joint thickness required
- Whether strength is needed before heating
- Chemical exposure
Common questions
Can any mortar be used with high alumina bricks?
No. The mortar should match the brick's grade, otherwise the joints fail before the bricks do.
How thick should joints be?
As thin as the lining design allows. Dense brick linings usually use thin joints of a few millimetres.
Do you share technical data sheets?
Yes. Detailed data sheets with grades and properties are shared on request. Use the WhatsApp or email buttons on this page.
Do you provide test certificates?
Yes, a material test certificate comes with every consignment.
Do you supply outside Rajasthan and export?
Yes. We supply across India from Bhilwara and our offices in Jaipur, Wankaner and Ahmedabad, and we also export.
